MOLOKO Fest Giveaway – Official Rules

The MOLOKO Fest Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is organized by:

• TM Accountant Inc
• TM Insurance Agency Inc
• TM School Inc

The Giveaway is conducted exclusively during the MOLOKO Ukrainian Festival in Chicago on June 27–28, 2026.

Registration closes at the end of the festival on June 28, 2026.

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Participation is available only to visitors who register in person at the TM Group booth during the festival.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsors are not eligible to participate.

To participate in the Giveaway, entrants must complete all of the following steps:

1. Visit the TM Group booth during the MOLOKO Ukrainian Festival.
2. Follow all three Instagram accounts:
   
   • @tm_accountant
   • @tm_insurance_agency
   • @tm_school_
3. Present your Instagram account to a TM Group representative for verification.
4. Complete the official Giveaway registration ticket by providing:
   
   • Name
   • Phone number
   • Instagram username
5. Receive your participant ticket with a matching registration number.

Only one (1) registration per person is permitted.
Duplicate or incomplete registrations may be disqualified.

Participants must remain subscribed to all three Instagram accounts until the winners have been verified.

The Sponsors reserve the right to verify Instagram subscriptions and registration information before confirming any winner.

Three (3) winners will be selected.

The prizes include:

• Nespresso Vertuo Next Coffee & Espresso Machine
• Ninja Crispi Portable Cooking System
• Philips Sonicare Electric Toothbrush

Each winner will receive one (1) prize.

The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible registration tickets on Monday, June 29, 2026, at 12:00 PM Central Time.

The drawing may be conducted live and/or recorded.

Before confirming each winner, the Sponsors will verify compliance with all Giveaway requirements.

If a selected participant is found to be ineligible or has failed to comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

Winners may be announced publicly on the Sponsors’ Instagram accounts and may also be contacted by phone, Instagram Direct Message, Instagram Live, or other reasonable methods.

If a winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days, the Sponsors reserve the right to select an alternate winner.

The Sponsors are not responsible for technical failures, internet outages, lost registration tickets, incorrect contact information provided by participants, or any circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing information to the Sponsors and not to Instagram or Meta.

Prizes must be claimed within seven (7) calendar days after winner notification.

Prizes may be picked up in person or shipped within the United States at the Sponsors’ discretion.

Winners may be required to provide a valid U.S. mailing address for prize fulfillment.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or other products.

Participation in this Giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
