KAIF Fest Giveaway – Official Rules

The KAIF FEST Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is organized by:

• TM Accountant Inc
• TM Insurance Agency Inc
• TM School Inc

The Giveaway begins on June 18, 2026 and ends on June 23, 2026 at 12:00 PM Central Time.

Entries submitted after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsors are not eligible to participate.

To participate in the Giveaway, entrants must complete all of the following steps:

1. Follow all three Instagram accounts:
   
   • @tm_accountant
   • @tm_insurance_agency
   • @tm_school_
2. Like the Giveaway post.
3. Tag at least one friend in the comments under the Giveaway post.
4. Share the Giveaway post to Instagram Stories.

Each separate comment containing a tagged friend counts as one (1) entry.

Comments without a tagged friend are not eligible.

There is no limit to the number of eligible comments submitted. The more eligible comments submitted, the greater the chances of winning.

Participants must maintain a public Instagram profile during the Giveaway Period and until the winners have been verified.

The Sponsors reserve the right to verify compliance with all Giveaway requirements, including account follows, Story reposts, and eligible comments.

Three (3) winners will be selected.

The prizes include:

• Nespresso Vertuo Next Coffee & Espresso Machine
• Ninja Crispi Portable Cooking System
• Philips Sonicare Electric Toothbrush

Each winner will receive one (1) prize.

The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on June 23, 2026.

The winner selection process may be conducted live and/or recorded.

Potential winners must satisfy all Giveaway requirements before being officially confirmed as winners.

If a selected winner does not meet the eligibility requirements or fails to comply with the Giveaway rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

Winners may be announced publicly on the Sponsors’ Instagram accounts and may also be contacted through Instagram Direct Message, comment reply, Instagram Story announcement, live stream announcement, or other reasonable methods.

If a winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days, the Sponsors reserve the right to select an alternate winner.

The Sponsors are not responsible for technical failures, Instagram outages, deleted comments, interrupted internet connections, lost entries, or any other circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing information to the Sponsors and not to Instagram or Meta.

Prizes must be claimed within seven (7) calendar days of winner notification.

Prizes may be delivered by mail, courier service, or provided through in-person pickup at the Sponsors’ discretion.

Winners may be required to provide a valid U.S. mailing address for prize fulfillment.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or other products.
